One of the most talked about smartphone- Motorola Moto G5- has been the target of many leaksters. Launching on February 26th at the Mobile World Congress, the phone leaks have kept us quite busy and hooked on. And it doesn’t let us go of it at all. The latest leak is about the price of Moto 5.
As per reliable leakster, Roland Quandt, from whom came most of specs of the device, the Moto G5 will cost €189 for 2GB/16GB variant and €209 for 3GB/16GB variant in Europe. Interestingly, these prices are lower than the initial price of the Moto G4, which cost about €249 when launched in May 2016.
The prices may further get a cut and come to €179 for 2GB/16GB variant and €199 for 3GB/16GB variant in other regions considering EU has 19-27% VAT.
The same leakster had mentioned that the Moto G5 will be available in retail stores in the UK shortly after its MWC launch. In the UK retails stores, the 2GB Moto G5 will be available in gold and grey colors with first stock due to release in March.
The Moto G5 will sport a 5.2-inch display, 2GHz octa-core processor, 3000 mAh battery with TurboPower fast charging technology, a Sony IMX362 sensor, with F1.7 aperture lens. But these are only the leaked specs, with other versions contradicting these features. So, better take it with a grain of salt.
And its not much long before we would be able to paint a final picture, which would be official too, of this fifth generation Moto G device.
