Samsung launching its next premium flagship smartphone Galaxy S8 soon is a known fact. We also have heard that there will be a premium variant of the S8 which till now was called S8 Plus. This gets a concrete footing now with the latest leak which shows the logo for Galaxy S8 Plus.
The leaked logo shows that the company has preferred to go with the ‘+’ sign instead of the word ‘plus’. Coming from reliable leakster Evan Blass, the logo seems legit.
Galaxy S8+ specs are similar to that of its cheaper sibling S8 except in two fields, the screen size and storage configuration. The S8+ reportedly will feature a 6.2-inch screen which reminds us of the Note 7. It will come with a higher storage configuration out of the box of 128GB as opposed to 64GB of storage for Galaxy S8. Under the hood, both will carry the Snapdragon 835.
The premium smartphones will have AI Voice assistant Bixby on board and dual curved displays. They may even come with a S Pen accessory.
In another news, we spotted that Samsung has made the support pages live for the dual-SIM variant of Galaxy S8+ in India, Singapore and Kazakhstan.
Samsung, this time, does not want to let go of any opportunity to bring back its loyal fan base which it lost during the Note 7 fiasco.
