Successor to Samsung’s Galaxy TabPro S, Galaxy TabPro S2 details are now out, thanks to a leaked FCC filing. As per the leak, the new Galaxy Tab will come in four variants- Windows 10 Home, Pro, LTE connectivity or non-LTE connectivity.
It is also known now that the device, in the US, will be available on Verizon.
Other specs leaked are 2-inch Super AMOLED Quad HD, 2160 x 1440.resolution. It will be powered by 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5-7200U 7th Gen, Kaby Lake paired with Integrated Intel HD Graphics 620 GPU. The RAM will be 4GB LPDDR3 with 128GB internal storage.
The Tab will have a decent camera with 13-megapixel rear shooter with 4K video and full-HD 5-megapixel selfie snapper. It will come with 5070 mAh battery with 25W Turbo Charger. The OS will be Windows 10 Home or Pro. Additional items to shipped with the Galaxy TabPro S2 are S-Pen and keyboard cover.
We know Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy Tab S3 at the upcoming MWC event. This leak, does give us reasons to doubt that from now on we will be hearing and seeing more of TabPro S2 and may even catch a glimpse of it at MWC. Hopefully!
